Important:
OnCall Mobile Labs is not a laboratory. We do not perform testing, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not maintain exclusive partnerships with any laboratory.
How does OnCall Mobile Labs work?
- Obtain a Lab Order or Kit
A valid physician order, lab requisition, or test kit is required before scheduling. Orders can be uploaded, emailed, or provided at the time of service. - Schedule an Appointment
Book a convenient date and time for your mobile collection service. - Mobile Visit
A trained phlebotomist or healthcare professional will travel to your location. A general arrival window may apply to account for travel and scheduling logistics. - Specimen Collection & Handling
Specimens are collected using proper identification, safety protocols, and handling procedures in compliance with current healthcare regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, and laboratory standards). - Secure Delivery
Specimens are transported to your designated laboratory or shipping provider while maintaining proper chain-of-custody, temperature control, and timing requirements. - Results
The laboratory processes the specimen and sends results directly to your ordering provider.
Note: Turnaround times are determined by the laboratory. OnCall Mobile Labs does not control testing or result timelines.
