Before you book.

Do I need a doctor’s order?

Yes. A valid lab order from a healthcare provider is required before collection. You can upload your order before the visit, or your provider can send it directly.

OnCall Mobile Labs charges a mobile visit fee for the convenience of at-location collection. Lab testing fees may be billed separately by your lab provider and may depend on your insurance plan.

You can book online or contact our team for help. Appointment availability may include same-day, evening, or weekend options depending on location and schedule.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as HSA/FSA accounts. We do not accept cash since payment is required before a booking is confirmed.

We coordinate specimen handling based on your provider’s lab order and the lab requirements listed on that order. If you are unsure, contact us before booking and we can help review next steps.
